We've been listening and working to address your concerns and recommendations! HP Custom Builder was retired from service on December 12, 2005. A feature is available in the HP eCo-Enterprise Configurator to continue to provide factory default racking for our HP hardware portfolio. This approach is aligned with our strategic direction to meet the needs and expectations of our valued customers. We have addressed the issue of performance and it has been improved! Early evaluations indicate a 25 to 30% improvement in response time after the configuration button is selected! Based on 9:00am to 12:00pm CST peak time access. Continue to look here and on the Configurator Home Page under "what's new" for updated improvements. For additional inputs and requests, please use the technical support link and let us know.
